To clear up the confusion in Jeff's answer, Tom was working with the new family for a while to help with the transition of the restaurant. Tom passed along his recipes to the new family, so most things taste the same (and are just as delicious), with a few changes. For example, their fish sauce is sweeter (they explained that traditional vietnamese fish sauce is this way). They also have a few new menu items that I didn't try, but the two tradifional Lan's dishes I had were good!
I had the lemongrass chicken on vermicelli bowl and it was the best ive had out of any resturaunt. I highly reccomend it. Great service and very friendly staff.
Perfect crispy spring rolls. Vermicelli has a little bit of a spicy kick and do your selves a favor and get banana spring rolls for dessert. So. Good.
My Mom, nine decades young, wanted to try something new. We found Lan’s highly recommended in a local magazine. Not a lot of in house visitors the other night, but plenty of take away orders. The menu is a mix of Vietnamese and Thai. We had Vietnamese spring rolls to start. Hot. Good. With lots of pork inside. My Mom had drunken noodles with chicken. I had classic Pad Thai with chicken. Both were fresh, hot, and delicious. Service generally good, with an occasional lapse. Likely because it was not a busy night so our server stayed behind the counter filling take out orders much of the time. A very enjoyable evening.
Very well kept and welcoming place. They serve generous portions and for affordable rates. I loved the food a lot and the waiters were very attentive and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this spot.
My friend has been wanting me to come here for a while, and I'm pleasantly surprised! They serve Thai and Vietnamese food. Very fresh and flavourful tasting food, very friendly staff, and I definitely am leaving full, and very happy. I'll definitely be back again soon!
I sincerely wish more people knew of this amazing place to eat. It's very accessible across NAIT near downtown and has very friendly service. The food is absolutely incredible - make sure to try the tofu vermicelli, mango juice, and banana dessert.
Great hidden spot in the Edmonton Nait Area! They have a spicy menu (actually spicy) which is perfect for lunch stop overs. We got the cashew plate and noodles with hot sauce. Their dessert menu is also really good from what I hear (brother went a few times)The area is lesser known in the Nait area but the restaurant definitely is defining the plaza for its great food!Staff is attentive and friendly. Orders also come out reasonably quick. Would recommend you make your next lunch location here if you are in the area :)
This is my second times at Len's Asian Cuisine, the service was amazing, food excellent and would recommend to anyone whose looking for a genuine Asian's cuisine, the waitress that serves me (S.) Was very professional and knowledgeable. A big thanks for her great service!!!
Very neat and convenient spot. They serve large portions and for economical rates. I liked the menu very much and the staff were very amiable and informative. Highly recommended.

Dined in for lunch on July 21, inside was very clean and staff was extremely attentive and courteous. We ordered pad thai and bo kho. Both were very good and portions were generous! We also received a free dessert as a dine in special which was thai tea creme brulee with ice cream - so good!!! Highly recommend this restaurant!
Outstanding food. Best Thai/Vietnamese in Edmonton. This will be the one that I take friends to and order on on cold winter days. I had Tom Yum Pho which was delicious and the freshest Shrimp salad rolls in the city. Very sweet and friendly servers. Family run business. I love it
